The sale of erven began, facilitated through repayment instalment agreements spanning a seven-year duration. During this period, the purchase price for each erf stood at £400 for 10,000 square feet (equivalent to R800 for 929m²). In the same year, the inaugural houses were constructed. Sinoville's location in a peri-urban zone prompted the Township founders to procure water from Pretoria, which was subsequently supplied to the residents. Moreover, the founders took on the responsibility of waste collection, road upkeep, and all other essential services within the township.
