This period witnessed the acquisition of several properties within the Pretoria region. Anticipating the expansion and northward growth of Pretoria, approximately 450 hectares of land was procured on the northern slopes of the Magaliesburg mountains. This expansive area now encompasses Wonderboom Agricultural Holdings and Sinoville. The latter, comprising 1,450 erven, has contributed to the urban development of the region.
