Sinoville Centre
The land for the Centre was acquired in 1981. One of its notable features is its association with Pick n Pay, as the renowned supermarket chain was the first tenant to sign up. At the time, it boasted the largest Pick n Pay Supermarket in the Pretoria area. With its strategic location and diverse range of offerings, Sinoville Centre had established itself as a thriving destination for both retail and business activities in the Pretoria region.
The Centre’s development occurred in two phases:
• Phase 1 comprising 5020 square meters of retail space established in 1982.
• Phase 2 followed shortly after, adding 4200 square meters of retail space and 1800 square meters of office space in 1983.
Sinoville Centre was sold in 2006
